Welcome to Matador Canine Brilliance LLC (“Matador Canine Brilliance”)! By accessing or using our online courses or virtual one-on-one private sessions, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
SERVICES.
Matador Canine Brilliance provides online courses that include in-depth dog training education, explanation, and demonstration with virtual quizzes, 24/7 support through the course platform comments section and email, designed to help dog owners grow their relationships with their dogs and eliminate problem behaviors. We also offer virtual one-on-one coaching sessions with our dog trainers. The pricing structures for our services are set forth on our website.
PAYMENT.
Customers must pay the price for the program upfront for our online courses. For virtual one-on-one coaching, customers can pay the full price upfront or pay in 12 equal monthly installments. Matador Canine Brilliance does not offer refunds for virtual one-on-one coaching sessions.
REFUND POLICY.
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for our online courses. After 30 days, customers are not eligible for a refund unless overruled by the owner of the business, Michael J. Accetta. Refunds for online courses are subject to our refund policy set forth on our website.
PRIVACY POLICY.
Matador Canine Brilliance is committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy practices are set forth in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Matador Canine Brilliance is not liable for any injury or harm caused to both parties of the transaction and their property (i.e. their dogs or other pets). Although the programs and methods we teach have been proven to work, we do not guarantee results as there are variables outside of our control that the customer may experience.
TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to our services at any time without notice and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Service.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Refund Policy
Matador Canine Brilliance LLC (“Matador Canine Brilliance”) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for online courses. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Requests for refunds made after 30 days will be at the discretion of the owner of the business, Michael J. Accetta.
For virtual one-on-one private sessions, clients can cancel their session at any point without penalties or fees. Refunds will not be provided for cancelled sessions, but the session can be rescheduled for a later date.
